A: We proudly offer FREE shipping to the USA! We also ship internationally for a flat rate of $5 USD.
⚠️ Unfortunately, we currently cannot ship to Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and some other countries due to shipping restrictions.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: For fast delivery, U.S. orders ship from local warehouses.

A: We offer a 14-day return window for defective or damaged items only. All sales are final unless the product arrives broken or not working.

A: To process a return or replacement for a damaged item:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Provide a short unboxing video or photos showing the issue.

  • Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or offer a partial refund.

A: For most low-cost items, you do not need to return it. We may ask for visual proof only.
